Every Thursday, local Taiwanese home chefs provide Hunan Market with prepared meals that are just about impossible to find in Chicago. Among them, Rouyuan 肉圓, is a sure thing.

Rouyuan is pork, bamboo, and mushroom encased in a cornstarch/rice flour wrapping that give a huge contrast in textures with the soft and chewy outside and tender savory filling.
